Can I cancel scheduled messages?
Canceling scheduled messages is easy
SMS
For messages sent using Quick SMS
- Log into your account dashboard.
- Select the 'SMS' menu
- Select 'History'
- Filter the status to 'scheduled'
- You can cancel all scheduled messages or individual messages.
For messages sent using SMS Campaign
- Log into your account dashboard.
- Select the 'Send SMS Campaigns' menu
- Cancel any scheduled campaigns
Voice
- Log into your account dashboard.
- Select the 'Voice' menu
- Select 'History'
- Select the 'Scheduled Voice' sub menu
- You can cancel all scheduled messages or individual messages.
'Modify Users' will need to be enabled as a permission
You will need to be logged in to the sub-account which created the scheduled messages.
