Dedicated IP Address for Email Marketing/Transactional Email
By default, we use shared IP addresses to send emails. If you prefer, we can set up a dedicated IP on your account for Email marketing or Transactional Email. A dedicated IP allows you to control your own reputation and prevents your sending from being impacted by the reputations of other users.
Pricing for a dedicated IP is AUD$76/month ( USD$49 or converted to your local currency)

Please be aware that clients that signed up to clicksend after 24th Jan 2023 will no longer be able to apply for dedicated IP for email marketing.
Canonical Name record (CName)
A CName is a type of resource record in a domain name system that is used to map one domain to another, Dedicated IP clients will need to update their CNAME records with those shared by ClickSend once the IP is set up for them.
IP Address Warmup
You will need to throttle your email sends until the IP address is sufficiently warmed up. This means gradually increasing the number of emails you send per day which gives your IP address a good sending reputation.
