Email to SMS: missing body
If you're sending an email to SMS message but the body is missing, it could be caused by a few things:
- Check the setting here: https://dashboard.clicksend.com/#/sms/settings/email-sms This should be changed to "Get message from email subject and body".
- You're forwarding an email to email-to-sms. If you do this, it will skip the part that's forwarded. This is due to automatic protection which prevents long email chains being sent in the SMS. Contact our support team if you'd like us to setup an email forwarding solution for you.
