Why can't I see the option to choose 'Business Name' or 'Your Number' as the Sender ID?
If you are trying to send an SMS and you do not see the option to choose 'Business Name' or 'Your Number' as the Sender ID there may be a setting you need to change.
Under 'Accounts' go to 'Global Settings' and then 'SMS Settings'.
You will need to enable the options to say 'yes'.
