Message Status is “Completed” and Message content is showing as “False” in the Message history?

Updated 9 months ago

What does it mean if you see a message with a Status of “Completed” and Message content that is showing as “False” in the Message history?

In Programming: Zero is used to represent false, and One is used to represent true. For interpretation, zero is interpreted as false and anything non-zero is interpreted as True.

Meaning the value or the body of their message is blank or has no content or NULL.

That is why it is showing as False. 0 or NULL = False.

“Completed“ Status means message was not delivered.

It usually occurs when they use integrations like Zapier or any CRMs even programming languages which has an undeclared variable or if the user forgot to put a value on the “Body” of the message.

Make sure that there is a content or value on the body of the message and if they are using programming, scripting language and integration, verify if the variable they are using is receiving the value for the body.
