Can I set a custom/alpha tag (from number) for email to SMS?
Yes, you can use any number or alpha tags when sending an SMS using Email to SMS product. Simply edit/add the allowed Email to SMS address and set an alpha tag under SMS will be sent from field.
With this setup, your outbound messages will display the Alpha tag as their sender ID.
If you've purchased a dedicated number, you can set this as the Sender ID too.
