Block emails from sending in MailGun
Emails can be blocked in Mailgun when a user has issues with receiving too many automated emails- for example "Your message could not be sent. Your email address (xxx) doesn't seem to be registered in our system"
- Log into Mailgun
- Navigate to Sending then Suppressions
- Add Recipient's email to the suppression list- this will prevent any emails from Mailgun being delivered to the address.
- It's important that the underlying issue of the user sending the originating email-sms/fax/voice be addressed.
- This will only affect emails that are sent from MailGun. It will not block Autopilot emails. If you can locate the email in the Mailgun logs it can be blocked.
