Outlook Plugin Troubleshooting

Install Visual Studio 2010 Tools

  1. Follow the installation steps here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48217
  2. Restart your computer after the installation

Reinstall the Plugin

  1. uninstall your previous exe for outlook plugin(control panel -> programs -> uninstall ClickSend SMS Outlook Plugin)
  2. restart your computer 
  3. Reinstall the plugin https://help.clicksend.com/article/irlpy4ithd-do-you-have-an-outlook-plugin
  4. Re-open your outlook, 'Send SMS' should be under 'Add-ins' tab, otherwise kindly active your SMSOutlookAddin
    (Outlook-Options -> Add-ins -> Manage COM Add-ins)

Check Ribbon Settings

  1. Click 'File'
  2. Select 'Options'
  3. Select 'Customise Ribbon' and check that 'Add-Ins' is checked
