If you're using our free shared numbers to send out SMS, replies will automatically come back to your account. We do this by looking at what account sent the last outgoing SMS to that number, from that specific shared number.
Most of the time this routing works perfectly, until 2 different ClickSend clients sent to the same recipient before they have a chance to reply. In this case, the reply will be attached to the last ClickSend client who sent the SMS. This is very rare though since we use a pool of random numbers.
If you're concerned about incoming SMS being attached to your account correctly, you can purchase a ClickSend dedicated number. This means that only you have access to this number and replies are always guaranteed to be attached to your account.
