Can I upload message body from a CSV/excel file to send?

If you already have the recipient number and pre-formatted message body saved in a csv/Excel file:

  1. Log into the dashboard
  2. Add a contact list or click on an existing list
  3. Click 'Import contacts'
  4. Import the recipient number into the 'Phone' column and the message body into the 'Custom String 1' column
  5. After the import, click 'Send to all'
  6. in the message box, choose '(Cust. 1)' from the 'placeholders->other' dropdown.
  7. Send the message
