What Payment Methods Do We Accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Prepaid by Credit Card/Debit Card. $20 minimum recharge amount. You can also setup auto-recharge when your account balance is low (optional). Set it up here.
- Visa

- JCB (Japan Credit Bureau)
- BECS Direct Debit
- Prepaid by Bank Transfer. Minimum recharge amount of AUD$200 (or equivalent in another currency). Ask our 24/7 online chat team to raise an invoice for you. They'll need:
1. Company name that you want shown on the invoice
2. The invoice amount (including taxes and above minimum)
3. Details you want shown on the invoice e.g. Address/business number
4. Email address to be sent to
5. Contact name
6. Contact number.
- Postpaid by Bank Transfer is considered case by case by our accounts team. There will be a minimum commitment of AUD$1000/month (or equivalent in another currency) for 12 months.
